1.1.2 This policy discloses the privacy practices of Alliance, in accordance with privacy regulations and Data Protection Act of 2013 of the Kingdom of Lesotho.

2. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT

2.1.1 We have access to any data that you voluntarily or legally provide on Alliance business forms, via email, telephone, chat functions, user registration, newsletter sign-up, promotions, competitions and surveys.

2.1.2 Through these means, we collect the following types of personal data:

(a) Full names, Passport Number, ID Number, ID Photo, Date of Birth, Gender, Physical Address, Postal Address, Email Address, Telephone Numbers, Employer, Banking Details, Mortuary Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Birth Certificates and Vehicle Registration Documents.

(b) Information about any complaints, enquiries, and communications with us.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

3.1.1 Personal data is processed for purposes of Alliance’s legitimate business interests, provided that those interests do not override any of our customers own interests, rights, and freedoms.
